Receptionist
At Studio Pasotto & Partners (SPP), the front office plays a fundamental role as the communication hub for the firm. It’s the part of the firm that conveys and handles a large part of the flows of information and documents, both incoming and outgoing. It’s the first point of contact and the face clients see every time they make contact with the firm.
This role is filled for us by a receptionist who provides competence, courtesy, willingness and accurate information for staff and clients alike. These are all enormously important factors in establishing a relationship with clients and fully meeting their needs.
